Devananda bring to our Landlord clients one of the most dynamic and progressively motivated Property Management companies operating in the UK today. 

The above set commission rate is just one of many examples of how Devananda allow client landlords to keep a larger proportion of rental income profits for themselves.

Devananda Property Management will only charge Landlords 5% commission during the first year of managing their properties. 

This is followed by a further low commission rate of 10% p/a - set without increases for the following 4 years. 

These charges prove to all present and future Devananda clients our personal commitment to offering a true second to none, good value for money, property management service.
