How many years has the Devananda Group been operating? A. 25 years but not always under the same group name. Q. Is the Devananda Group now set at the present number of companies permanently? A. The Devananda Group of companies are an up and forward moving group of companies which will expand at frequent intervals, we only establish new companies which we are confident will be highly profitable and compliment the existing group of companies in the long term. Q. Of the existing Devananda Group of companies, are there subsidiaries connected to the group? A. Because we are a rapidly growing group the answer we give today could be out of date by tomorrow, for example we still have 260 Franchises available via six of the Devananda Group of companies, all of which are being established throughout 10 countries, with 42 Franchise sales presently at the negotiation stage. Q. Can clients of the Devananda Group become Franchisees? A. All Franchise opportunities are offered to clients first and foremost, this is followed by any families and friends of existing clients who have been nominated by those clients. Q. Why do Devananda allow their clients to invest in such prime business, why not keep them for yourselves? A. Because we want existing and new clients to experience and enjoy the financial rewards that are available via the Devananda Group of Companies. After which time, if a client would like to progress by investing some of their profits into purchasing a Caribbean property in the future, then Devananda would like the opportunity to offer the services of: Devananda Real Estate, Devananda Construction company and Devananda Swimming Pool company to provide their services to either sell those clients properties at considerably less than the then market value or construct a brand new holiday home and swimming pool. Q. Is there any saving to be made by allowing Devananda to build a holiday home for me? A. Devananda guarantee that our construction charges are unbeatable value, in most cases Devananda can achieve savings of up to 30% compared to any competing company. Q. Can Devananda provide any form of client personal security? A. If clients wish to purchase a property, visit a specific Devananda location or enjoy a Devananda holiday then SAS-Security Activated Services a company which is a part of the Devananda Group will ensure that all Devananda clients security needs are taken care of, see SAS Security page for more details Q. If Devananda sell me a Caribbean holiday property, what security systems are there available for the property? A. On completion of either the sale of a holiday property or construction of a new property, SAS - Security Activated Services can install CCTV and/or alarm systems. For those clients requiring extra security, SAS can provide 24/7 security guards at your new property at a fraction of UK charges.
